Originally designed for photographers shooting in Africa, the SafariSack™ bean bag is also used domestically, both on location and in the studio or sound stage. We offer two models or "shells" that feature a single compartment constructed of tough 500 denier DuPont Cordura® Plus nylon. They can be purchased empty or filled with various material. They are doubled stitched for extra strength.

Panning Plate for the SafariSack™

This device provides increased stability when shooting telephoto lenses and other equipment off the SafariSack, as well as other types of beanbags, by providing a wider stance or base on top of the bag. The Panning Plate also allows your lens to rotate by adding a smooth panning movement to your equipment. This product comes with an Arca-Swiss Quick Release type of quick shoe adapter that will accept the Arca-Swiss quick release lens and camera plates. Machined out of aluminum and anodized black.
